The department creates a formalized structure of collaboration to support their shared interprofessional missions. Purpose The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) provides backssment, triage and treatment to individuals diagnosed with bipolar disorder who may also have co-occurring substance use disorders, other co-morbid psychiatric disorders and/or chronic
health conditions using a time-limited, evidence-based approach.
The LCSW provides direct services, functions as community liaison and as an interdisciplinary team member.
