for the facility. Expected to maintain mechanical equipment such as overhead door operators and the maintenance of various facility property items. Responsible for removing trash, moving furniture, and completing various other jobs that can be handled within this position's qualifications.
Also responsible for mowing the grass, trimming the bushes, replanting landscape foliage when needed, or performing any other type of landscaping work as required by the property owners. The Facility Landscaper will be responsible for minor repairs to maintenance equipment and will also be responsible to ensure that maintenance equipment assigned to this position will be routinely inspected to prevent
major damage.
