Daily duties of this position is to provide top of the line services for the individuals on the team while providing quality service to the customers we provide a variety of services for. This is a hands-on position. The services that Beacon provides to our customers is dependent on the location and site needs. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Support clients through coaching to maintain independent employment Provides training to clients related to technical skills, work habits/behaviors and other skills needed to succeed on the job. Document client performance and maintain current records in compliance with each referral source. Applies patience, respect and dignity when working with clients. Maintains positive approach when dealing with challenging situations.

Models and trains safe practices on each task. Maintains regular contact with business' management. Ensures that client rights are preserved. QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma preferred. Successfully pass the drug test and background check. Provide proof of good driving. Have a valid Arizona Driver's License and pass the Beacon driving test. Experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel a plus. Additional Experience and/or Training: Beacon will facilitate training if needed. CPR/First Aid certification, or able to obtain and maintain a CPR/ First Aid Certification.
