The Start-Up Technician is responsible for the startup, check out, and testing of new equipment installed by the company. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU As an entry-level Assistant HVAC Technician / Apprentice Electrical Tech on our team, you will go out in the field with HVAC technicians or work alongside journeyman electricians to help them. As you assist them, they will mentor and train you on everything from how to talk with customers to how to properly maintain HVAC and electrical equipment. You will ask questions, observe, and emulate the values we adhere to here at Advanced Air Systems.
