Essential Duties and Responsibilities Review project plans and proposals, and work with management to develop project objectives Study product design, customer requirements, and performance standards to determine project specifications and present cost estimates Review contractor bids Through project coordination meetings and other forms of communication, oversee and coordinate the technical aspects of the project Prepare status reports and regularly monitor schedules Maintain an accurate

record of all elements of the project via an electronic database Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications Interact daily with clients to interpret their needs and requirements Read drawings and prepare take-offs Prepare, submit, and track RFIs and submittals Generate and track all change orders Track and log all drawings Collaborate and communicate effectively with the Project Manager and other project participants to ensure project success Inform safety managers, superintendents, and/or appropriate supervisors of any safety violations and/or injuries immediately Establish annual continuing education goals to improve performance

and proficiency in construction project management Collect closeout documentation and prepare turnover O&M manuals for the Owner Other duties as assigned Employees may be required to work extended hours (more than 8 hours per day), on weekends and will be compensated based on the Fair Labor Standards Act guidelines.
