Location: The individual can reside in our offices located Phoenix, Philadelphia, White House Station or Simsbury. Travel may be Required up to 10%. MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: The position underwrites newline referral accounts for Technology

and Life Science submitted through an on-line platform for the Small Business Insurance Division. The position is responsible for underwriting the following lines of business: BOP, Commercial Auto, Workers Compensation, Umbrella, International, as well as Technology Errors & Omissions and Cyber 1st and 3rd party coverages.

Facilitate Webinars to educate Agents about Chubb Small Business Technology / Life Science Products and Services MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: We are looking for an experienced candidate that is highly motivated to succeed, has strong desk management competencies and is results oriented. Candidate must have a minimum of 2 - 3 years of multi-line underwriting experience within

the Technology / Life Science Segment Strong sales, communication and marketing skills are critical; must be able to demonstrate success with managing tight time frames, high volumes of work, agency relationships in a remote capacity and positioning Chubb's strengths within the commercial lines arena A strong track record of service orientation is required.

Technology Errors & Omissions, Media and Cyber liability underwriting experience is preferred. The foundation of this role will require involvement in working the local teams on readiness work processes with location system testing, training coordination, site readiness activities, and deployment responsibilities, in all manufacturing and warehouse locations across the West Division.

The position requires the utilization of PBNA manufacturing business process to successfully deploy new SAP systems and processes to the field organization. Responsibilities Serve as the Division maintenance

point person for PGT integration readiness. Work with local maintenance teams on required daily management systems and work processes to drive location readiness success.

Escalate appropriate decision-making requirements to PBNA PGT Manufacturing Integration Director. Lead adoption and change management at the location level, implementing process improvement to drive application sustainability. Lead site level business readiness reviews and develop TEP to ensure site readiness Lead recurring site level project calls to ensure progress on TEP actions Lead site mapping exercises at PBNA facilities for pre-Go-Live comparison. Produce project deliverables and ensure overall quality

- includes Design/Build, Configure/Test, & Deployment. Training coordination - Ensure location end-user readiness, identify training gaps and opportunities, coordinate execution of training.

Lead super user activity including UAT (user acceptance testing) Reach out to external consultants and baseline team members for advice, guidance, and assistance. Collaborate with PGT Deployment Team on post-go-live support and resolution. Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $81,000 - $135,600 based on a full-time schedule. Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.
