Responsible for the development, administration, configuration, maintenance, and support of all reporting and data management activities using expertise in data visualization.

This is accomplished through the creation of interactive and user-friendly dashboards and reports from transformation of raw data into meaningful insights. This role will also serve as the subject matter expert for the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) data and will work closely with the PPM application and Operations & Portfolio teams to provide data analysis and support

for issues, needed for the adoption and ongoing success of the PPM application. Job Responsibilities: Participate in developing and executing the PMO Reporting roadmap and plan.

Partner with key PMO stakeholders to efficiently and effectively operate our existing Solutions and Reporting Tools. Build deep understanding of our PMO data, the tools currently supporting and integration points across multiple areas of PMO Operations. Responsible for the development and administration of reporting used to visualize and communicate the portfolio data that supports holistic decision making from the PPM application. Support and develop data visualization communications through Reporting and Power

Point Responsible for the creation, maintenance and support of data model creation and data integration with PPM application.

Supports management of portfolio and program performance reporting, including trends, KPI's and early identification and root cause analysis of portfolio and project level risks that are impacting performance backss pain points, solicit user feedback and provide areas for improvement. Ability to understand complex issues and technical details. Trusted partner to our customers; someone who can help guide people through our PMO reporting tools. Ensure that all documentation and support material is up to date and effective Provide support to GT and 1ADM Program teams to integrate existing reporting to a process using single source data.
