Accountabilities Facilitate the NA Commercial Team’s overall business intelligence strategy, aligning with EPC's goals and objectives. Drive the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data from various sources and leverage advanced analytic capabilities to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Build predictive and statistical models to support recommendations on how to optimize spend across sales and marketing initiatives (examples include: price elasticity models, coupon/promotional lift analytics, assortment optimization, allocation models, customer spend models, etc. ) Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business intelligence to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Help drive data accuracy, integrity, and security by implementing and maintaining robust data governance and quality control processes for the NA Commercial Team. Proven experience (4+ years) in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field; CPG experience highly preferred. Must have experience (2+ years) working with Power Bi (M script), and DAX calculations.
