Level Marine Field Technician : #1. 5+ years experience. Working with marine large bore diesel engines is a plus. #2. Strong MTU experience. #3. Experience with MTU MCS/RCS electronics. Responsibilities of the Journey Level Marine Field Technician : Determine unit condition by conducting inspections & diagnostic tests, identifying deficiencies.

Complete engine overhauls as well as other repairs identified during the diagnostic process. Verify performance by conducting sea trials and making necessary adjustments as needed. Contains costs by using warranty; evaluating service & parts options. Maintains engine and vessel records with an accurate documentation of service and repairs. Maintain

a safe & organized work environment. Accepts ownership for accomplishing new & different requests; explores value add opportunities. Performs MTU engine commissioning trials.

Communicate while on site with customers in a professional manner. Performs other duties as assigned. Provide guidance, assistance and training to apprentice marine technicians as needed. Requirements for the Journey Level Marine Field Technician : Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong laptop/PC skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to visually diagnose mechanical issues. Ability to read service and repair manuals, operating instructions and work orders. Ability to perform repairs in

a timely fashion. Fluent with electrical multi-meters. Thorough understanding of diesel engine electronic controls.

Strong verbal and written communications skills, with proven ability to clearly communicate with technical support, sales and management. Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team. Experience/Education Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. Technical schooling is a plus. 5+ years experience. Working with marine large bore diesel engines is a plus. Strong MTU experience. Experience with MTU MCS/RCS electronics. Experience with Diasys software is a plus. Other Key Requirements: 100% onsite, in-office role. No sponsorships or visa holders.

No Corp-to-Corp. Frequent travel within an assigned territory or area (AOR). May include travel outside of assigned region, including international. Valid, unrestricted drivers license and insurable. Own set of mechanics tools. Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card is a plus. Complete company provided manufacture training online and in person. Provides technical assistance on selected support service applications, assists implementations of new processes, monitors existing procedures for compliance and helps resolve operational and customer problems.

Assists Department management on special projects/events Key Responsibilities: Acts as unit leader for one or more support service functions. Monitors work activities of self and others to ensure operational effectiveness and compliance to Bank standards and procedures. Coordinates workflow, inspects results and trains other unit members on new procedures.

Trains new unit staff members and serves as back-up for unit positions. Provides technical information and assistance to operating departments, vendors and support service staff on multiple support service activities.

Assists in resolution of out-of-balance conditions. Advises on incorporation of new procedures in functions. Initiates and/or develops suggestions for operations improvements. (Some) Performs duties for one or more support service functions. Prepares financial accounting entries and address databases, enters data and information, maintains subsidiary ledgers, and reconciles to general ledger balances. Performs periodic internal department audits of selected activities.

Types routine correspondence and initiates telephone contact with other departments, offices and vendors to research outstanding items and report or respond to problems.

(Some) Provides input and assistance on special projects and events. Identifies internal and external resources, obtains price quotes, and inspects products/sites for acceptability. Reviews change requests, performs updates and/or verifies changes by others to databases of applications in use in the department. (Some) Responsible for following the proper mail handling procedures for incoming and outgoing mail and complete annual training on X-ray machine. Utilize mail handling equipment to screen for potential threats and/or hazards.

Ability to follow outlined procedures, under camera coverage to ensure proper procedures are followed for privacy and security purposes. Ability to communicate with internal and external customers to ensure all mail is delivered in a timely manner. Will inspect Bank-owned vehicles for proper maintenance and cleanliness, coordinate vehicle usage and arrange transportation for Bank guests and staff members. In the event needed will maintain vehicle inspection and service records, conduct and submit periodic vehicle studies and surveys and update the list of authorized drivers.

Checks facilities and grounds routinely and inspects completed work. supervise labeling and bailing of special trash, and assist with trash recycling program and maintain logs of repairs and loans of Bank-owned equipment. (Some) Will maintain furniture and equipment inventory, dispose of surplus, non-serviceable furniture and equipment, conduct auctions, process furniture and equipment changes and prepare entries for furniture and equipment purchases and sales. Obtains vendor price quotes and bids, places orders, monitors deliveries and distribution to appropriate service areas.

Will conduct periodic inventories of supply items. (Some) Responsible for maintaining all lightbulbs (only, not ballast) in the building, responsible for having correct bulbs in inventory at all times and being on a 6ft ladder.
