- Seasonal JOB SUMMARY Instruct group fitness classes to the ability of the Owners and guests participating (e. g. aqua aerobics, stretching, mind body, cardio/strength, outdoor nature walks, senior classes and youth classes). Deliver classes with an enthusiastic and engaging teaching style to promote a safe, fun, and relaxing atmosphere for guests.
Obtain group fitness certification within ninety (90) days of hire. CORE WORK ACTIVITIES Welcome and acknowledge all Owners and guests; anticipate and address Owner and guests' service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; always show genuine interest and appreciation. Maintain professionalism when interacting with Owners, guests
and co-workers; use clear and professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team/co-workers to reach common goals; listen/respond appropriately feedback from co-workers in and outside of your department.
Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications. Follow company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional; properly maintain confidential and proprietary information - protect company assets. Reach, bend, twist, pull, and stoop (bend head or body forward or downward);
grasp, turn, and manipulate objects; move up and down stairs and/or service ramps; move, lift, or carry objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds; stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
Attention to customer service with a professional and pleasant personality. Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
