SHRM or HRCI certification is highly desirable. Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, with a focus on employee relations and compliance. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
