Monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed. Present price, credit and terms in accordance with standard procedures & customers' profitability profiles. Capturing of accurate and complete information in P-21 system for customer & operation satisfaction. Present a professional image to customers & vendors. Follow company policies & procedures.
