YOUR DAY AS AN ENTRY-LEVEL COMPUTER NETWORK ENGINEER As an Entry-level Computer Network Engineer, you play a crucial role in our MSP company. Our primary goal is to ensure that our clients' computer systems are operating smoothly and protected from potential cyber threats, and you take pride in helping us achieve that aim. We will train you to use our proactive approach to customer support, which is to detect technical issues early on and prevent them from becoming major problems.

As you upgrade current networks, create new networks, and fix issues, you are conscientious about documenting all that you do. QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ENTRY-LEVEL COMPUTER NETWORK ENGINEER Experience with Active Directory (AD), application support, firewalls, documentation, Local Area Networks (LAN), and Wide Area Networks (WAN) Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Power Shell, Windows Seve, SSL, VPN, TCP/IP, VLANs, and Windows 10 & 11 Experience with or the ability to learn the following: Android, AWS, Cisco, DFS/DFSR, DUO, MFA, Google G suite, i OS, IP Phone Systems, RMMs and PSAa, Linux Servers, Mac OS, Microsoft Azure, RD Gateway, scripting, Sonic WALL, SQL, Unifi, and VMWare Ability to troubleshoot problems, remediate viruses, manage wireless networks, and resolve other issues Residence within 30 minutes of the office is required for full-time employees Do you have excellent problem-solving abilities?
