Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields. An MBA is considered advantageous. A minimum of five years of progressive experience within the banking sector, exhibiting a consistent history of leadership and innovation. Extensive experience working with Fiserv or comparable banking technology platforms. A profound understanding of banking operations, regulatory standards, and compliance obligations. Exceptional strategic and analytical thinking capabilities.
A proven track record of spearheading digital transformation initiatives and leveraging technology for business expansion.
