The decision will be made and agreed to with the corporate planning position. This may require cancellation of trucks (if possible) and displacement of available material going to other plants to ship to another

plant until the situation is resolved. · Regularly the shipping clerk is unable to obtain the required amount of trucks to meet the deliveries to the other plants using normal practices.

In that case, the shipping clerk will have to be pro-active. Shipping Clerk will have to call the other plants and see if the required ship date can be moved further out in time. If not, or if it is still a problem, the shipping clerk will ask the receiving plant to see if some product is available to be shipped back to Hickman like Green Scrap or if some other incentive can be applied like giving preferred delivery routes to trucking companies or ultimately the shipping clerk will negotiate a price to

get the material moving. · In the case where trucks are not available for the quantity of stock that need to be shipped out, as described above, the shipping clerk will try to find other carriers than the one usually used.

In that situation, this employee would have to get a cost for shipping and all the insurance requirements that are needed. If the " prospect" carrier has a competitive price and meet the insurance requirements, the employee will use them if needed. · Keep work area clean and free of safety hazards. · Performs other duties as required that are in support of the department's goals. · Responsible for shipping electrodes using the FIFO rule making adjustments if necessary.

· Evaluates on the ground inventory daily in anticipation of problems such as the need to band or stock shortage. · Interacts frequently with departmental managers at Hickman and plant schedulers at the other locations. · Responsible for resolving any issues with the trucking companies. · Plans truck routes for some carriers in order to minimize the transportation cost and improve trucking efficiency. COMPETENCIES · General knowledge of computers. · Ability to work well without close supervision. · Very strong organizational skills. · Strong analysis/problem solving skills.

Position Summary The Legal Assistant will play a key role in supporting the in-house legal department for DCC Propane to meet its legal, compliance, and risk management functions. The Legal Assistant will do this by providing proactive, in-depth legal and business knowledge to the Director of Legal Affairs. The Legal Assistant will report to the Director of Legal Affairs. General Duties and Responsibilities Open and sort department mail, prepare letters for signature and mailing of those letters.

Maintain calendar and tickler system to ensure timely action taken on all matters. Conducting searches via online and public filings for various matters including but not limited to estate filings. Retrieving archived files and other materials as needed. Preparing affidavits, legal correspondence and other documents as needed. Organizing and maintaining documents in a paper or electronic filing system. Meeting with attorneys, and other professionals to talk about file details. Filing pleadings/documents with county and court clerks. Helping prepare for trial/administrative hearings by organizing exhibits and assisting with other tasks as needed.

Preparing drafts of contracts, real estate documents, pleadings, appeals, and other legal documents. Coordinating law department activity. Gathering and analyzing statutes, decisions, and legal articles, codes, documents and other data. Keeping law library current by monitoring legal volumes. Monitor bankruptcy notices received and preparing and filing on-line Proofs of Claim when needed. Perform a wide variety of clerical, technical, and administrative office support duties to assist Director of Legal Affairs.

Research and assist with matters relating to corporate compliance. Assist legal department with special projects and other duties as assigned. Position Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel. Strong research, oral and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Must be able to effectively multi-task, manage time-sensitive documents and have exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. Office administration experience. Must possess strong critical thinking skills, combined with sound judgement, the ability to backss complex issues and come up with reasonable solutions.

Ability to determine priorities and schedule work. Ability to communicate and present legal and other matters clearly, calmly and cogently both verbally and in writing. Ability to assist the DCC Propane legal and compliance team with the development and implementation of procedures, controls, practices, and systems. with contractual performance standards as directed by the Maintenance Superintendent Primary Duties and Responsibilities Lead and direct maintenance teams comprising of all General Services Technicians and to ensure high levels of productivity Ability to work accordingly to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts and during scheduled Ability to manage maintenance work: schedule, assign, and distribute work orders including organizing materials and tasks Ensure that all Technical Maintenance Forms (TMF's), Health Safety Environmental and Quality (HSEQ's), Hazard ID forms are distributed to and completed by maintenance personnel.

Ensures all maintenance scheduled tasks are completed and turned in to the

assigned management staff Ensures all assigned tasks are completed per Webber Infra quality standards. Assists the maintenance management team in the generation of daily, weekly and monthly contractual reports.

Required to be available for emergency response rotations as need for overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Submit accurate daily and weekly shift log reports. Ensures weekly Safety Toolbox Talks are held with Maintenance staff and that monthly required HSEQ's are completed. Manage and document all maintenance staff safety and technical training of personnel. Assists the maintenance management team in the development of work plan procedures. Provides coordination of technical

guidance on regulatory and code compliance to QC/Inspection personnel based in incumbent's area of expertise.

Seeks to continually improve workplace safety by attending and conducting workplace inspections, toolbox talks, hazard backssments, etc. Recognizes and stops unsafe work practices and works with project staff to eliminate/mitigate hazards before continuing work. Assists with safety committee meetings and activities including schedule, agenda, minutes, investigations etc. Avoids legal challenges by complying with federal, state, and local legal requirements. Carry out all duties in line with Company policies and procedures as amended from time to time. All other duties as assigned. Education and Experience Valid driver's license with good driving record required; DOT certifications preferred. Must be able to obtain (MOT) certification Work Conditions/Physical Demands Work Environment: Exposure to live traffic when responding to roadway/traffic incidents. Frequent exposure to vehicle exhaust fumes or airborne particles. Exposure to moderate to high noise level. Frequent exposure to outdoor conditions such as extreme heat, cold, wet, and humid weather.

Frequent exposure to insects, reptiles and rodents. Physical Demands: Must be able to stand, sit, walk on a wide range of surfaces, use hands, fingers, handle, physically feel, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and clearly speak and hear. Ability to lift, up to, 50 pounds unassisted. Ability to use labor-intensive and powered pneumatic, hydraulic, gas, and electric powered tools and equipment. Vision abilities include both close and distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Ability to work at elevated places/locations such as working from bucket trucks, scaffolding, ladders, and aerial platforms lifts. Ability to work in confined spaces.
