JOB SUMMARY Responsible for performing duties in accounting and accounts payable; including reconciling accounts and bank statements, preparing various reports, data mining and assisting with annual audits. DUTIES Reconciles various accounts between sub-ledger and General Ledger. Reviews General Ledger daily Assists with regulatory reports and has the opportunity for data mining

for ALM and other quarter end processes. Supports the Vendor Management program. Assists with month end accounting close process. Prepares and assists with various accounting projections, analyses and projects.

Maintains cross-training within the department and assisting the Senior Accounting with various tasks. Works closely with Senior Accountant on annual audits and budget pulling data. Maintains and protects confidentiality of customer information. Maintains regular, on-time attendance. Remains current in assigned training and continuing education for designation retention (online, video, in-house emails, telephone seminars, etc. ) Complies with all regulatory requirements including

Bank Secrecy Act and all others specific to their position. Performs other various duties as assigned.
