Requirements & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related and 5 years of process/manufacturing engineering experience or equivalent experience • Experience in working with aerospace specifications

and requirements • Excellent computer skills. Skilled in working with Microsoft Office applications • Working knowledge of MRB systems and document processing • Working knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) • Working knowledge of ISO9001 and/or AS9100 quality standards • Working knowledge of root cause and corrective action processes and techniques Preferred Skills and Experience: • Composites hand layup, fiber placement, bonding, and cure experience • Functional knowledge of Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) • Functional knowledge of production control systems (SAP/Visual Mfg/etc) • Experience authoring, modifying and auditing inspection plans and FAIs.
