Liaise with general mill operations, maintenance, upper management and other project stakeholders on an ongoing basis. Manage projects that require coordination between all parties involved including outside consultants, contractors and mill personnel. Assist in checkout and start-up activities, conduct post completion audits of all of your capital projects. Initiate purchase requisitions for engineering, equipment, labor, materials, etc. for assigned capital projects. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel and serve as a construction coordinator if necessary.
Plan, schedule and Track project timelines, cost and milestones using appropriate tools. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. Schedule tracking of construction and project spending forecasts on a monthly basis or more frequently if necessary. Supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work. Position Requirements: Requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field from an accredited college or university.

Developing corporate communications and presentation materials including press releases, conference call scripts, corporate overview and Board of Directors Power Point presentations and Q&A and messaging documents, Support the logistical planning and execution of earnings calls, roadshows, industry conferences, medical meetings and other investor events. Assist with day-to-day communications with contacts in the life sciences investment community.
Database maintenance and entry. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Prior applicable experience (work or internship) in a service industry requiring direct customer interaction Strong analytical, research, and writing skills, including highly nuanced and technical language Excellent communication skills; confident and professional phone and e-mail communication Detail oriented, highly organized, and able to multi-task efficiently in a dynamic team environment Dedication to accuracy, deadlines, and high-quality work; high ethical and professional standards Keen interest in healthcare and/or equity markets Comfortable learning new software technology and platforms; Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Power Point Strong team player with a positive attitude; excellent cross-functional collaborator who inspires confidence and trust Proactive self-starter who takes initiative and works well with little supervision while making judgment calls under pressure A problem solver who is resourceful and creative Preferred: Prior experience in investor relations, life sciences, consulting, banking, or financial services.

This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Precision, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance and disability benefits, parental leave, and paid time off for sick leave and vacation, among other benefits.
