Understand customer’s business goals and Business Analysis. Determine Engagement Setup, Strategy & Governance. Customer Stakeholder Management, including C-suite level interactions, with frequent face-to-face interactions. Engagement Development, Management & Planning of services to be delivered (establish an Engagement Roadmap with detailed KPIs). Management of commercial aspects of engagements for customer satisfaction, and reference ability. Accountability for financial aspects of the customer engagement

including forecast accuracy, revenue achievement, run rate, and margin.

Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field of study and 6 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation. The Company will also accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field of study and 4 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Work Experience: Experience must involve 4 years in the following: Value Management and Customer relationship Management; Mission Critical Support and escalation management; Business process Analysis, improvements and optimization; SAP Technical Architecture, Technology and Platform including hyperscaler; SAP Security Solutions and products, including S/4 HANA Architecture; Project Management for Onprem; Solution Manager implementation and adoption; and Migrating environments to the cloud.
