Key Job Responsibilities Performs and oversees work orders for preventative maintenance and repairs on building systems at a senior apprentice level. Determines the nature of the problem and ensures that repairs at a senior apprentice level are completed in a timely and quality manner. Performs senior apprentice level maintenance incidental to system operations. Physical Requirements Occasional work performed outdoors. Ability to react quickly to emergency situations.
