Provide technical training and development to manufacturing teams as necessary. Provide MES solutions and support for assigned manufacturing sites and service centers. Interact with suppliers on MES projects to ensure expectations are understood and requirements are satisfied to support manufacturing
strategies. Ensure MES solutions follow standards while maximizing performance and stability and controlling costs and complexity.
Enforce change control procedures and maintain technical documentation for MES tasks. Stay abreast of manufacturing technology trends and advancements through training and networking opportunities to bring innovative ideas to the Manufacturing Technology Team. Make effective and efficient use of time and resources to get things done. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand problems, facilitate discussions, pose solutions, and/or surface alternatives. Knowledge of production scheduling, quality management, bill of material management, work order process flow, and maintenance systems.
Lean green belt and other continuous improvement experience would be a plus.
