Essential Accountabilities: Safety Function Perform all laboratory duties followingappropriate work instructions and procedures. Bring safety issues to the attention of the Laboratory Manager. Responsible for safely operatingequipment/instrumentation required for the laboratory to function. Oversee the general laboratory operation and insurethat operations in the laboratory are done under a safe
manner. Quality Function Provide accurate laboratory analysisfollowing appropriate procedures. Providea review of the data output from the laboratory. Process data required for SQC and Co Apreparation under the supervision of the Laboratory Manager.
Apprise laboratorymanager of opportunities for improvement in the laboratory. Productivity Function Communicate with production personneland Laboratory Manger to provide timely analysis, aid in the production ofquality material, and improve throughput. Meet minimum analysis requirements. Maintain schedule for completion of analysis. Provide the direct interface for productionto meet schedule requirements. Provide aresource for production to
address any analytical questions in regards tolaboratory capability.

The ICPMS Metal Laboratory Supervisor will be required to safely handlecylinders in accordance with work instructions. The ICPMS Metal Laboratory Supervisor will be required to troubleshootand maintain instruments in their respective laboratories. The ICPMS Metal Laboratory Supervisor willinsure necessary spare parts are available for the continued operation of thelaboratory.
