Review labor requests for accuracy by comparing the repair description to the parameters set forth in Lochinvar’s warranty policy and service provider’s agreement. Review products start up reports. Approve, or provide feedback to the submitter as required. Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed. Qualifications One-year
certificate from college or technical school and two to four years HVAC related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
HVAC related experience. Required: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, Customer Service experience, Electrical or Mechanical experience, and HVAC experience. Preferred but not required: Control Systems (PLCs), Building Integration Systems, JDE, or Agile. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
