KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Requires the knowledge typically acquired through: Completion of a four year Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; One to fe years related experience and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
