They ensure the Clients remain at the center of each decision is part of the culture within the company.

Our client remains involved with their clients beyond the project completion date as a consultant for continued improvements, which results in long-term friendships and business relationships. WHAT YOU WILL DO: This office environment is dog-friendly! Write project proposals for new clients with direction from lead designer. Design Meetings - be able to present w/ lead

designer present. Site Meetings - accompany lead designer. Set up and break down of meetings. Taking meeting notes. Project management of partial renovations for residential, hospitality or commercial.

Work on designs in association with Lead Designer. Obtain design approvals from Lead Designer prior to presentation to Client. Drawing documentation required within schematic designs, design development, construction documents. Material and FF&E selection, specifications, and schedules. Direct communication with Clients, Contractors and Vendors throughout the project. General understanding of the procurement process and can assist when needed. Responsible for the organization and implementation

of deliveries and installations for FF&E. Business Development: Networking with Builders/Contractors, Architects, Clients, Marketing: Photo Shoot styling shopping and attendance at shoots for all staging/styling.

WHAT YOU NEED: Bachelor's Degree and/or master's degree in Interior Design OR Interior Architecture NCIDQ Certified, or has started licensing process. Residential Interior Design experience P rofessional experience within all aspects of interior design including concept design, space planning, graphic presentations, color and material selection, documentation, and FF&E selection and specification. E xperience in many aspects of project management including budgets, finish and fixture schedules, general project organization, project timelines, and project management.

Basic knowledge and understanding of the Massachusetts Building Code requirements. Auto Cad Software experience. Must have used Photoshop, and Power Point in professional setting. 3D modeling and rendering design skills preferred, Revit rendering skills desired. Microsoft Office Suite proficiency is required. WHAT YOU WILL DO: This office environment is dog-friendly, so must be comfortable around dogs. Write proposals for new projects Define the scope, phases, fee structure and time

lines for each step of the project. Participate in initial Client meetings: interview, Kick off, beyond project completion, etc. Design Meetings - attend meetings as lead designer.

Site meetings - attend meetings as lead designer. Project management of renovations or new construction for residential, hospitality or commercial projects. Initial Design Direction in association with Principal and / or Vice-Principal. Initial timelines for documentation required within schematic designs, design development, construction documents, and design presentations. Material and FF&E specifications. Design Approvals with CEO prior to presentation to Client. Direct communication with Client, Contractors

and Vendors throughout the project. General understanding of the procurement process and can assist when needed.

Business Development Network with Builders/Contractors, Architects, Clients, Vendors, etc. Responsible for personal time management and time tracking. Responsible for time billing on projects where designer is lead. Bring in new projects. Weekly meetings with mid-level, entry-level, and intern designers. Marketing Photo Shoot styling shopping and attendance at shoots for all staging/styling. Any other duties as needed or assigned. Senior Designer Responsibilities : Train new hires. Manage workflow where designer is project lead. Coordinate team schedules with Vice Principal designer.

Direct report to HR and senior management. Assist with Employee reviews and providing feedback. WHAT YOU NEED: Bachelor's Degree and/or Master's Degree in Interior Design OR Interior Architecture or Business Management. NCIDQ Certified or has started licensing process. Must have Residential Design experience Min. 3-5 years of professional experience within all aspects of interior design including concept design, space planning, graphic presentations, color and material selection, documentation, and FF&E selection and specification. Experience within aspects of project management including budgets, finish and fixture schedules, general project organization, project timelines, and project management.

Procurement knowledge, working with PO's, vendors, sub contractors, etc. Small Business expertise and experience with small business management Client engagement and meetings. Construction site / field experience. Knowledge and understanding of the Massachusetts Building Code requirements (Construction Supervisor's License is a definite Plus). Proficient in Auto Cad. Knowledge of Photoshop, and Power Point required. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
