Responsibilities: Supervise the execution of projects including technical, financial, client coordination, approvals and permitting issues Plan, design and oversee development and construction of external land areas and open spaces such as parks, campus design, urban design, streetscape design, gardens

and recreational areas for private and public development Prepare conceptual site drawings including subdivision road and lot layouts, parking areas and open spaces under supervision of the Project Manager Work closely with civil engineers in the preparation of site designs Close coordination with the client and the entire design team including owners, architects, contractors, members of other disciplines, and internal support staff to ensure the design is consistent with what the Client has envisioned, to ensure a fully coordinated inter-disciplinary design, and to ensure the design schedule is maintained Conduct preliminary studies of site to backss its potential to meet the client's specifications Prepare and present detailed plans with working drawings, including applications for permitting and jurisdictional approvals, construction details and specifications for projects Monitor project development and provide direction and support to ensure consistent and high-quality services.

Exceed client's expectations and foster client relationships by collaboration and problem solving with the client as needed. Communicate with clients regularly to provide project status and updates Ensure individual and department QA/QC procedures are followed Fully permit and secure entitlements of projects including rezoning, special use permits, conditional use permits, site plan approvals and required construction document approvals and permits.

Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (EOM) Task Order (TO) is to provide USSOCOM, its Component Commands, its Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), and its deployed forces with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services to maintain Network Operations (Net Ops); maintain systems and network infrastructure; provide end user and common device support; provide configuration, change, license, and asset management; conduct training, and perform Install, Move, Add, Change (IMACs) services.

The responsibilities and tasks associated with each requirement play a pivotal role to USSOCOM, the CIO/J6 organization, and ultimately the end-user who operate

around the globe 24x7x365. Cloud Systems Engineer perform tier three windows system support within AWS in both NIPR and SIPR networks. The Engineer is responsible for ensuring that AWS instances are built and secured to meet DISA STIG security and mission requirements.

The Cloud Systems Engineer will construct cloud based servers work with networking during implementation and rollout. The Engineer is responsible for working with Exchange Administrators to configure Office 365 environments. In addition to in-depth technical knowledge of the Government's software and AWS cloud computing, Cloud System Engineer must be familiar with the systems engineering process and data as a fundamental

The Engineers responsibility will include participating in working groups, design reviews, and system tests. Other training/courses required include WIN[1]T INC2, Battalion Command Post Node (Bn CPN), Network Operations & Security Center (NOSC), Tactical Communications Node (TCN) Operator, Point of Presence (POP), Soldier Network Extension (SNE), and Tactical Relay-Tower (TR-T). Tactical Network Transport (TNT): Five (5) years working knowledge of Warfighter Information Network – Tactical (WIN-T) Increment 1A or 1B.

Knowledge shall include the completion of Network , Security , WIN-T INC 1A or 1B operator/maintainer, Joint Network Node (JNN)/Satellite Transportable Terminal (STT) operator/maintainer and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) training/courses. Integrated Tactical Network Environment (ITNE): Five (5) years of Combat Network Radio (CNR) experience. Experience shall include a working knowledge of Command Post Communications Systems (CPCS), Command Post Platform (CPP), FBCB2/BFT, and tactical radios.

In addition, must have completed 117GC4 Signal Readiness Service Support (C4 SRSS) Harris operator/planner/maintainer, ground radio, AN/PRC-117F (c), AN/PRC-117G (v) 1(c), Falcon II AN/PRC-150, Falcon III AN/PRC-152 (c), and AN/PRC 148 Joint Enhance Multi-Band (JEM) Intra Team Radios (MBITR) courses. Spectrum Management (SM): Five (5) years working experience in Spectrum Management (SM) to include the completion of Spectrum XXI, ACES/JACCS, and SPEED, and the Army Spectrum Management courses. Battle Command Common Services (BCCS): Five (5) years of extensive experience working on Battle Command Common Services (BCCS).

In addition, completion of the following training: Security , Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) – Windows Server 2008 Active Directory, MCTS – Windows Server 2008/12 Network Infrastructure, MCTS Windows Server 2008/12 Applications Infrastructure, MCTS Win Server 2008/12, MCTS PRO-Win Server 08/12, MCTS Win 7/10 Configuring, and VMware v Sphere Installation/Configuration/Management. Battle Command Servers (BCS) and Mission Command Systems Integration: Five (5) years working knowledge of Battle Command Servers (BCS) and Mission Command Systems Integration to include extensive knowledge of Tactical Mission Command (TMC) server suites, Server Management, Active Directory, domain controllers, data Dissemination Service (DDS), TMC Gateway.

In addition, must havecompleted training in Battle Staff Integrator Course, and tactical Mission Command Integrator course. CPOF/CPCE): Five (5) years of demonstrated experience operating and maintaining CPOF/CPCE. Helpdesk Operations (Service Desk Operations): Experience/Knowledge of Helpdesk Operations (Service Desk Operations) at the tactical level. Share Point: Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in Share Point 2010/2013 to include completion of the following training: Share Point 2010/2013 Power User, Share Point 2010/2013 Configuration and Administration, Share Point Designer 2010/2013 and Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) Enterprise Administrator.

Cybersecurity (IA): Three (3) to five (5) years of Cybersecurity experience with Enterprise Missions Assurance Support Service (e MASS), Assured Compliance backssment Solution (ACAS), Continuous Monitoring and Risk Scoring (CMRS), Host Based Security Systems (HBSS), Endpoint Security and SIEM Platform (ESSP), and/or Ports / Protocols / Services Management Registry (PPSM), Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP), Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Enterprise Security Manager (ESM), Wireless Security, Cyber incident Report, Retina, Flying Squirrel, Data at Rest (DAR) i.

e. Bitlocker, Electronic File Sharing (EFS), and Army Training & Certification Tracking System (ATCTS). Certification in one or more of the following is a plus: GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC), Security Certified Network Professional (SCNP), System Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP), Security , Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), GIAC Security Expert (GSE), and Security Certified Network Architect (SCNA) Communications Security (COMSEC): Five (5) years of working knowledge of Communications Security (COMSEC) and a graduate of the COMSEC custodian course.

In addition, must have a working knowledge of keymat loading and troubleshooting and COMSEC hardware operations (e. g. SKLs, AN/CYZ-10, KG[1]175s, KGV-72s, KG-250s and KIV-7s). In addition, must have Communications Security (COMSEC) Material System (CMS) / Electronic Key Management System (EKMS) experience and completion of the following courses: CAM (formerly Standardized COMSEC Custodian Course (SCCC), Command COMSEC Inspector Certification, and Key Management Infrastructure (KMI).
