Work with computers for maintenance requests and building automation. Glaze windows. Scrape and sand-out roughness to prepare surfaces for priming/painting. Clean surface of mildew prior to priming/painting. Remove fixtures such as pictures and electric switch covers from walls prior to painting.
Fill nail holes, cracks and joints with caulk, putty, plaster or other fill prior to priming. Spread drop cloth over floors and room furnishings and cover surfaces such as baseboards, door frames and windows to protect surfaces during painting. Paint surfaces with brushes, spray gun and/or paint rollers. Complete basic carpentry tasks (ie. measuring, cutting, nailing, etc. ) Repair bed posts.
