Consistent with our mission, The CORE Institute delivers the highest level of musculoskeletal healthcare, built upon a foundation of pioneering research, academics, community service, and a passion for excellence in patient care and outcomes. Hip and Knee Reconstruction Fellowship This 12 month appointment will include hands-on experience with primary and revision arthroplasty

of the hip and knee. The fellow will have exposure to several high-volume fellowship-trained arthroplasty surgeons. The fellow will become adept at computer navigation and robotic techniques, and state of the art minimally invasive exposures.

There will be exposure to complex tumor and limb-sparing prostheses, as well as complex revisions for both the hip and knee, pelvic cages, and periacetabular osteotomy, by one of the world’s foremost hip and knee reconstructive surgeons. There will be extensive primary reconstruction experience as well. It will be expected that the fellow participates in at least one research project every six months and academic expectations include at least one

publication in a peer-reviewed journal. The fellow will present cases and topics at grand rounds during the year.

This fellowship is designed to prepare the serious, motivated candidate for the efficiencies necessary for a successful private practice or the academic rigors of an academic practice. There may be long term employment/partnership opportunities at The CORE Institute for exceptional fellows. Orthopedic Spine Fellowship The CORE Institute Spine Fellowship offers a one-year post-residency program in the management of spinal disorders. The Spine division is comprised of seven talented leaders covering all areas of spine surgical treatment with a team of pain management and rehabilitation specialists who provide non-operative spine care.

Spinal disorder management includes non-surgical and surgical workups as well as preoperative evaluation and appropriate patient selection. Surgical training includes cutting-edge minimally invasive and open surgeries in the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine, from the anterior, lateral, and posterior approaches. Degenerative conditions as well as tumors, fractures, and adult deformity are part of the experience. The fellow will actively prepare for and participate in monthly spine conferences/journal clubs, supplemented by quarterly Interdisciplinary Rounds.

Also, annually, a Visiting Professor will be invited for a Grand Rounds lecture, discussion, and possible cadaveric demonstration. The fellow will benefit from access to a biomechanical research laboratory, motion analysis laboratory, and a clinical research infrastructure with a fully staffed team of regulatory, contract, grant, and research coordinators. Interventional Spine/Pain Fellowship This 12-month clinical fellowship has a primary emphasis on non-operative spine care and interventional pain medicine. The fellow will work with fellowship trained physicians currently practicing as part of a large, very busy, multidisciplinary group in Phoenix, Arizona.

The fellow will become proficient in all interventional spine procedures including lumbar/thoracic/cervical epidural steroid injections, facet joint injections, medial branch blocks and radiofrequency neurotomy, sympathetic blocks, peripheral joint and nerve injections, spinal cord stimulator trials, dorsal root ganglion stimulator trials, spinal cord stimulator implants, disc stimulation procedures, and kyphoplasty. Comprehensive training in medication management, fluoroscopic and ultrasound guided injections, and electrodiagnostics will be an integral part of the fellowship.

Fellows will have the opportunity to do elective rotations in orthopedic spine surgery and neuroradiology. A host of research opportunities will be available. Job Summary: Our cybersecurity team is seeking a Continuous Monitoring backssor (Con Mon backssor or CMA) that will support the Tucson, AZ, facility with intermittent travel to other sites.

Relocation support provided. The CMA, under the supervision of the Con Mon Lead, is responsible for executing the information systems continuous monitoring program and actively supports self-inspections to validate the compliance with regulatory and internal requirements. Serving

as an independent backssor, the CMA will observe and help improve the cybersecurity hygiene and compliance by reviewing security controls as recommended by our customers and reporting anomalies.

CMA will periodically brief leadership on the status of the Con Mon program and significant/trending discoveries. Although you will not have direct reports, you may mentor others and provide support and advice pertaining to day-to-day occurrences or issues, while further protecting our warfighter. Responsibilities to Anticipate: Reviewing system security plan packages prepared by ISSOs and ISSMs Perform continuous monitoring of security controls, changes & environments to ensure that they are

implemented correctly, operating as intended, and producing the desired outcome with respect to meeting the cybersecurity requirements for assigned IT systems.

Communicate the security posture of systems through designated reporting mechanisms to include preparing and briefing leadership or government customers. Conducts and supports vulnerability scans, penetration testing & backssments while recognizing vulnerabilities in information systems and networks through various tools such as Nessus/Tenable, SCAP, Splunk, Scripting, etc. Partnering with ISSM/ISSO to increase Information Systems overall compliance. Conduct self-inspections. Validate implementation of new Cybersecurity processes, procedures, and tools Intermittent travel to other Raytheon locations (up to 50%) Basic Qualifications: Typically requires a bachelor’s degree with five (5) years of experience as described in the bullet below or an advanced degree with three (3) years of relevant experience described in the bullet below Relevant experience in any combination: Cybersecurity, systems security or system hardening Security Control Accessor (SCA) with the government or military Information Technology Experience with network security and/or systems security, which includes any of the following: architecture, topology, protocols, components, and/or principles Experience with configuring and/or auditing operating systems Compliance-based auditing using the Risk Management Framework (RMF), DCSA backssment and Authorization Process Manual (DAAPM), Joint SAP Implementation Guide (JSIG), National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), and/or non-defense regulations such as FAA, Payment Card Industry (PCI), ISO 9001 Quality Management standards, or HIPPA Experience working with and/or supporting computer technologies (such as: databases, operating systems, computer network hardware, protocols, security methodologies, software programs, hardware troubleshooting or electronics) IAM Level I certification (Security+ or other) Active and transferable SECRET U.

S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U. S. citizenship is required, as only U. S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in Do D classified operating and/or laboratory environments. Experience with various information system security tools that address vulnerability analysis and mitigation. These may include Splunk, Forcepoint, Ivanti, Tenable, ACAS, HBSS, etc.

Familiarity with implementation of Government directives and policies derived from NIST, CNSSI, Do D, or other Government Regulatory compliance standards within a professional industry Experience in the execution of the backssment & Authorization processes, as defined within the Risk Managed Framework (RMF) Experience providing technical security consultation for complex, cross-domain, heterogeneous classified networked environments in collaboration with internal/external Customers, Information Technology (IT) Familiarity with large multi-facility networks including diverse and complex components, including Windows and Linux environments Experience interpreting, implementing, and backssing DISA STIGs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The following duties and responsibilities are given as examples of the various types of work performed in this position. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned. 1. Cultivates relationships with donors/prospects to secure documented philanthropic support with a focus on current major

and/or planned gifts through the identification, cultivation and solicitation of prospects/donors with this capability. This includes presenting proposals, bringing gifts to conclusion and providing stewardship to the donors after the gift is made.

2. Provides recognition to donors by presenting plaques, stars, certificates, pins or other awards; facilitates donor recognition event(s) as directed and answers any questions they may have about CDUSA Youth Ranch Development Programs, our services, policies, etc. 3. Present the CDUSA focus on Youth Ranch Development Program to individuals and groups during speaking engagements and other public events. 4. Cultivates and maintains positive

relationship with local businesses and planned giving professionals such as attorneys and trust officers for donor relations purposes.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS A corroborated experience in management; marketing, public relations, communications, or a related field and a minimum of five years job-related experience are required. An equivalent combination of education/experience may be accepted. At least three years of proved management and development experience and/or fund-raising activities may also be considered. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each area of responsibility satisfactorily.
