AICP, LEED AP, or CEP certifications are a plus 10 years of experience managing large projects/programs for federal and state agencies, utilities, municipalities, and counties.
The candidate should have direct experience and knowledge of environmental regulations, assisting in research for NEPA and CEQA planning documents, preparing or assisting in the preparation of technical sections, and knowledge of environmental permits (CWA 404/401, NHPA 106, ESA Section 7). Preference will be given to candidates with NEPA experiencewriting EAs Experience with air quality evaluations, sustainability planning, and preparing technicalreports is a plus.
