Working with the asset management team to complete weekly review of property metrics and status including vacancy, rental rates, traffic, delinquencies. Conduct review of property financials vs. budget and work with Property
Management to address variances. Shop competitor properties with a member of the Asset Management Team Assist in preparation of Asset Management kick off meeting materials/attend kick off meeting Receive Asset Management Dashboard training Support various departments as necessary with preparation of reports, analysis and special projects including making presentations.
Identify regional, national and market trends Maintain ownership and responsibility for the accuracy and timeliness of all workflow Comply with all Fairfield standards, applicable health and safety rules and regulations, as well as applicable local, state and federal laws.

The pay range displayed for this position is determined by skills and experience required, location and job complexity. This range reflects base rate only, and does not include allowances, perks, commissions or bonuses applicable to this position (if any).
