About the Position: The Maintenance Technician is an onsite position who will serve Team 10 and will report to a Property Manager. This position is critical for SDHC owned properties. 4 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. You will be assigned as an Aircraft Mechanic 4 - Egress/Seat Shop maintenance supporting F-35 organizational maintenance at MCAS Yuma, AZ.
Your Mission will be to support O-Level maintenance on F-35. Your duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Performs Maintenance, Repair, Launch, and Recovery activities on F-35 aircraft. Ensures aircraft are in exceptional mechanical condition and safe for flight by performing maintenance, inspections, and servicing requirements on all aircraft systems in accordance with JTD and all applicable program and service guidance. Performs and/or assists with Field-Level Modifications

WHAT YOU’LL DO Repair and enhance our community. You’ll be responsible for repairing and maintaining all plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, carpentry, and painting needs at the community. Build rapport with residents. You'll make positive connections with residents by offering a smile and a greeting when you see them and chatting as you make repairs in their homes. Manage service requests. You’ll launch into action when maintenance issues arise, collaborating with teammates and prioritizing service requests to earn trust and build resident satisfaction.
Know the make-ready schedule. You’ll monitor apartment vacancies daily and initiate the turnover process with painting, cleaning and repairing. Tend to preventive maintenance. You’ll safeguard equipment with regular tune-ups, helping equipment last longer and minimizing costly repairs. Notice the details. You’ll walk the property daily, inspecting all areas for cleanliness and safety, and helping to maintain great curb appeal. Lead and coach others. As a senior member of your team, you’ll help to mentor, train, and develop your teammates. And in the absence of your Service Manager, you’ll assume managerial responsibilities by managing service requests, delegating tasks, and supervising and directing the work of your teammates.
REQUIREMENTS 1+ years of hands-on general maintenance experience Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies Reliable and consistent form of daily transportation to and from work, including after hours for emergencies Computer proficiency and frequent daily use of / proficiency with a Smartphone with updated software PREFERRED EXPERIENCE HVAC experience and EPA Certification (Type I & II or Universal), if applicable for region/community Trade school or industry designation (CAMT or CAMT II) High school diploma or equivalent SALARY $26.18 - $31.99 / hour The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.

surfaces. Housekeeper must be knowledgeable in the proper use and safety of cleaning products. Dusting and Polishing Furniture and other woodwork in each room must be dusted regularly. Additionally, applying furniture polish to certain items may be required.
Light fixtures and ceiling fans also must be dusted. Sweeping, Vacuuming, and Mopping Depending on the floor surface, sweeping, vacuuming, or mopping may be needed. At times, carpets may need to be shampooed. Organizing and Stocking Hotels provide various items to their guests for convenience, such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, coffee and tea supplies, and stationery. Housekeepers must know which items should be in each room
and restock them as needed. Changing Linens and Towels Housekeepers must remove soiled linens and towels from the room, replacing them with clean items. This requires putting clean sheets on all beds in the room and replacing bathroom towels with a sufficient type and quantity.
Waste Removal Removing waste from wastebaskets and ashtrays and disposing of it properly. Transport garbage containers from kitchen and work areas to dumpster; empty and clean according standards. If the waste is hazardous, requires following Occupational Health and Safety rules and regulations for disposal. Adhere to recycling regulations. Maintain Cleanliness of all Dining Utensils Responsible for making sure
all plates, glasses, bowls and silverware are perfectly cleaned between uses by using an industrial dishwasher and then hand polishing to remove leftover smudges.
Stock kitchen lines with designated cleaned wares, utensils and equipment. Clean spills in kitchen and work area immediately. Clean and sanitize pots, pans, utensils and other kitchen equipment. Maintain Cleanliness of Kitchen and Storage Areas Make sure the kitchen and storage areas are kept clean at all times. This includes cleaning industrial kitchen appliances, such as stoves, grills, freezers and ovens etc. Organize and restock work areas for the next shift as specified in departmental standards.
The kitchen must meet health and safety standards at all times. Assist With Food Storage, Rotation and Preparation Responsible for food preparation. This includes things like preparing fresh salads, grilling, garnishing dishes and adding fresh salt or pepper according to customer taste.
