IT Technical Support Specialist II IT Technical Support Specialist will provide first-level remote support troubleshooting issues and/or escalating to the next level if unable to resolve. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering or computer science, with a focus on developing real-time 3D applications in Unreal Engine. Responsibilities: Develop real-time 3D applications in Unreal Engine Integrate geospatial data into Unreal Engine Optimize and import GIS data using Visual Dataprep recipes Create high-quality geographic visualizations and interactive simulations Work with the team to develop data pipelines and adapt existing pipelines to integrate new technologies or tools Analyze user requirements and develop software specifications.
