Able to interface with customers at all levels. Be able to articulate Arnold's value proposition through design assistance without giving away proprietary technology.
Designing for manufacturing with understanding of cost implications. Working conditions Time will be split between a sedentary office environment and the manufacturing floor May be exposed to industrial oils, toner, coolants, solvents, lubricants, adhesive and other chemicals.
