A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing Application Standardization and Governance - You will drive the evolution and standardization of the manufacturing applications and IT technology landscape needed to run and support Kellanova North America manufacturing operations.

As a subject matter expert across manufacturing application technologies (including: Smart Factory, PI Vision, Proficy, GE Hub, and SQL or similar databases) you will set the application foundation and roadmap for the plant. Business Analysis and Solution Design – Partnering with manufacturing

leadership, engineering and overall IT, you will lead requirements gathering, solutions backssments, technology evaluations and systems design to meet the evolving landscape of Kellanova manufacturing operations.

A key outcome from these systems will be the collection, harmonization, and aggregation of critical operational data enabling analytics and insights driving performance improvements at the operation, plant and corporate levels. Thought Leadership – Identify and drive the next generation of value creating IT technologies and applications across manufacturing. This includes evaluating, developing and implementing new solutions leveraging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence,

Machine Learning, advanced analytics, IIOT sensors, AR/VR, enabling the future of higher performing manufacturing operations.

Your Recipe for Success Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field Experience with OSI PI and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) required Experience in developing and/or implementing an ERP system such as SAP, in Manufacturing with modules such as MM, PP/PI, QM, FI, PM, x MII Experience in manufacturing operations technologies Including experience in systems analysis, design, and development following a structured methodology (waterfall, Agile, etc. ) Excellent communication skills and ability to connect at all levels of the organization A history of being a self-starter, innovative and creating success in ambiguous situations, driving results through influence and a passion for excellence What’s Next After you apply, your application will be reviewed by a real recruiter – not a bot.

Project Engineer – New Product Development (Heat Pump) to join our team that will be located at our Heat Pump Engineering Center of Excellence in Lebanon, Tennessee. What is unique about this role? Work on latest technologies and develop heat pump water heater The ability to own Engineering projects from concept to manufacturing We have support throughout the Engineering process with our Simulation team, CAD Design team, and Lab Tech

Applies engineering standards/procedures and provides advice on challenges within the engineering field. Ability to balance/ prioritize and handle multiple projects when needed Be a great team player and effective in accomplishing group tasks and brainstorming activities Effectively communicate technical material to internal business units and other cross functions. Provide detailed test programs/plans and

guidance to assigned Lab and CAD personnel. Conductance, documentation, and evaluation of product specific tests Review product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, agency requirements and customer needs/expectations Coordinate activities to efficiently resolve technical developments, rescheduling issues, and engineering design and test problems as they arise.

Request /evaluate and approve product design changes, specifications, and drawing releases through PCP (Product changes processes in SAP system) Interact with other Engineering Staff to provide input regarding areas of your expertise. Prepare project expense estimates and control expenditures within the limitations of the project budget.

Supports field service engineering, respond to field questions, and incorporate improvement in future products Conduct yourself professionally in accordance with AOS values Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field plus 5 years of experience (OR) Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field plus 3 years of experience (OR) Ph. D. in Mechanical Engineering 3+ years of Refrigerant Cycle experience dealing with HVAC air conditioning systems and/or heat pumps. Detailed understanding of HVAC system functions including refrigeration, heat transfer, airflow, and ventilation Experience with application of various components used within HVAC systems such as evaporator coils, compressors, condensers, and fans.

Air conditioning and/or Heat Pump design and hands on testing experience. Experience with Design/simulation/analysis tools such as Solidworks, Lab VIEW, EES, CFD, FEA and ERP software (SAP or similar). Excellent analytical skills for reviewing costs and preparing budget reports Great communication and organizational skills. Ability to travel 10 - 15% for product testing at other sites, review of field installations, and to attend meetings with other A.
