Prepares for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials and coordinating on-site work, as necessary. Inspects vehicles by checking vehicle condition and literature supplies. Maintains vehicles by keeping records of service manuals, scheduling, and completing repairs and maintenance service. Maintains tools and equipment by inspecting for signs of wear. Documents work by completing paperwork on each job and maintaining files.

Represents company by serving as a direct customer contact. Determines parts to order for repairs and timeliness of need. Keeps current all manufacturers products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair. Provides technical support to customers. Regular travel requirements with occasional overnight travel. Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required. Be knowledgeable with the products and services offered by LMS and become effective in the sales of those products and services. Recognize opportunities and actively promote sales via Field Service Quotes.

Maintain and submit time recap sheets and service reports for accurate time accounting using proper labor codes to assist in labor utilization and manpower planning. Other duties as assigned. Responsibilities will include: Management and motivation of staff for multiple projects, varying in size and complexity. Representation at client meetings, public meetings, interviews and market sector conferences. Development of early phase scoping and proposal writing. Hands-on management and scheduling of project milestones, deliverables, consultants and fees. Use of software and technology to communicate data

or graphics for public meetings, interviews, presentations and client meetings.

Proactive cultivation of new opportunities, project pursuits and client relationships. Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in a professional setting are required. A Bachelor's Degree in Architecture is required. A Master’s Degree in Architecture or a related field is preferred. Architectural Licensure is required. A minimum of 3 years of experience using Revit in combined academic and professional settings is required. Advanced Revit knowledge is preferred.
