Able to read, write and speak English. Bilingual capabilities are a plus. Able to communicate and take direction from Sanitation Manager and communicate effectively with line workers, Leads, Supervisors and Plant Manager. Attention to detail. Legible record-keeping and data entry skills.

Must be highly motivated, flexible and have creative problem-solving abilities. Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Welding and fabrication, full understanding of 3 Phase electrical, tree phase motor controls. Troubleshoot AC & DC drives. Work Environment and Physical Requirements: Manufacturing environment - exposure to a variety of machines, noise levels, and varying temperatures. Minimum 1 year of medical-surgical experience. Primary Responsibilities: Planning, coordinating, providing and documenting the care of patients in their place of residence. Clinical practitioner who coordinates and implements patient care specific to Jefferson County. Ensures that compassionate, engaged care meets or exceeds quality standards. Care is provided in an efficient and safe manner consistent with the NYS licensure and Samaritan

Home Health standard of care. Utilizes nursing skills to determine the biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, self-care, cultural, ethnic and spiritual and educational needs of the patient/family/significant other to develop, implement and revise the plan of care.

In doing so, performs accurate backssments, interprets and correlates finding, establishes plan of care and implements short and long-term goals. The nurse observes patient progress, records pertinent observations, implements physician and nursing treatment plans and evaluates outcomes. The RN recognizes their responsibilities as specified by law and abides within those responsibilities. Provides direct supervision to LPNs

and HHAs. Provides on-call services as required. BLS required.

ACLS preferred. Valid NYS Driver's license and proof of auto insurance. Must be available weekends and Holidays and provide on-call services as required.
