Minimum Education Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering discipline or four years combination of education, experience, and training, in addition to what is listed below. Minimum Experience Ten years of aircrew training system or flight simulation device experience (support, modification, update) with military/DOD engineering standards including specification and configuration management practices. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently or with others without constant direct supervision. Ability to tactfully manage and direct subcontractor personnel.
