Administers open competitive and Upward Mobility Program (UMP) tests on the examinations system for the Southern counties of the State.

Prefers one (1) year of professional experience developing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with coworkers and the public, especially relationships with job applicants. Prefers two (2) years’ professional experience developing customer service and public speaking skills.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT This position requires the applicant to pass a background check.
