Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and troubleshoot vehicle issues accurately. Perform inspections on vehicles and provide accurate backssments of maintenance or repair needs. Maintain accurate records of all repairs, services, and inspections performed on vehicles. Communicate effectively with customers, Service Advisors, and other

technicians about vehicle issues, repair timelines, and cost estimates. Keep up-to-date with automotive technology advancements and attend training sessions as required.

Adhere to all dealership and manufacturer safety policies and procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction with repairs and maintenance. Conduct test drives to verify repair work and ensure proper vehicle performance. Requirements: Infiniti Technician Perferred Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive technician or a similar role. Strong working knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems,

and more. Proficient with latest diagnostic tools and equipment. ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification is preferred.

Experience working with dealership-specific brands or models is a plus. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and ability to interact with customers professionally. Valid driver's license and good driving record.
