Requisition ID: 71076 Job Description We’re seeking an engineering student to develop software applications for managing our portfolio of integrated circuit blocks and automating their design. In this role, you will develop electronic design automation (EDA) tools used throughout

the company. You will have the chance to develop software across a diverse set of technologies and domains including web back-end, web front-end, desktop applications, and EDA tool integration scripting.

You will gain experience in all aspects of the software development cycle and learn a diverse set of skills. You will join the intellectual property (IP) management and design team. You will work with our software and design automation teams daily. You will also work closely with the end users, including design engineers and managers, to incorporate continuous feedback throughout the development process. This will require strong interpersonal and communication skills. You will have the

D. program studying Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science. Able to commit to the Summer and Fall 2024 Program which goes from July - December 2024 Strong interpersonal skills Experience with Python programming Experience with the Linux command line Interest in automating analog and RF circuit design processes Must be returning to school following the Co-Op Experience with Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word Preferred Skills Experience with Cadence SKILL programming Experience with VS Code, Git, and Git Hub Familiar with Cadence Virtuoso, SPICE, or similar simulation tools Experience with Java Script programming Full-stack web development experience Familiar with Analog and RF circuit design methodologies and workflows Experience with C++ or Rust programming Experience working on a small multi-disciplinary team and presenting to both peers and managers The typical pay range for an Engineering intern across the U.

S. is currently USD $26.00 - $47.50 per hour and for a Non-Engineering intern across the U. S. is currently USD $22.50 - $42.00 per hour. Starting pay will depend on level of education, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location. Skyworks has different pay ranges for different work locations in the U. S.
