S. warfighters and international partners can “train like you fight. ” The ACTT engineering team develops state-of-the-art products for cryptographic, datalink, networking, and command and control applications

supporting threat and weapon simulations. We specialize in the development and integration of high quality, highly secure, complex solutions for military communication systems, navigation systems, and networks to enable a Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) training environment.

We design and develop secure Air Combat Maneuvering Instrumentation (ACMI) systems and mature them from the concept phase through accreditation, factory production, and installation. The ACTT Systems Engineering Team is looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to support the expansion of our Air Combat Training systems capabilities. In this role you will support the team in performing all aspects of systems

engineering design and development, including bidding, requirements capture, system design, system integration, system verification & validation testing, and support for certification and qualification.

Systems engineers also serve as the primary customer interface for the development team. This position is located onsite in Cedar Rapids, IA. Eligible relocation. What you will do: Development and review of systems requirements Creating, reviewing, and executing systems test procedures Conducting trade studies to influence design System-of-systems integration, troubleshooting, and verification testing Investigating issues seen during test or production and coordinating with Subject Matter Experts to resolve Managing and controlling scope, schedule, and cost accounts Contributes to bidding and planning of systems engineering effort.

Working in a flexible, collaborative Agile development environment Building strong relationships and effectively communicating with team members and internal and external customers Managing multiple competing tasks while balancing priorities Education and experience: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience.

U. S. citizenship is required, as only U. S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Must have or be capable of obtaining a US Department of Defense (Do D) security clearance Skills you must have: Experience in the following areas of systems engineering: requirements development, design, integration, and test Must be able to travel up to 10%. Principal Systems Engineer - Mission Engineering (Onsite) The Mission Engineering organization within Collins Aerospace is seeking a Systems Engineer to support our Mission Engineering / Operations Analysis projects.
