Support maintenance and processing department personnel in the area of training and equipment engineering activities. Analyze performance problems to find and implement root-cause solutions. Coordinates actual production for several departments against scheduled production and alters to meet unforeseen conditions to ensure maximum use of the available capacity for finished product and the need for materials and labor.
