These services will use the Geographic Names Processing Systems (GNPS), charts, imagery and geospatial tools to refine names information for use in all types of products and to respond to use question via the Ad Hoc Query process. The successful candidate will work as part of a team to deploy, administer, maintain, and troubleshoot a critical Sponsor tool, with a particular focus on external systems.

Duties, Tasks & Responsibilities Planning, testing, installing, integrating, and maintaining current and future versions of the Sponsor tool Ensuring consistent data flow, integrity, and backup Developing test plans and procedures Managing system and tool lifecycles Coordinating deployments, troubleshooting, and other actions with external parties

as required Designing interfaces to external systems Researching and resolving system problems efficiently and accurately, while adhering to organizational standards and practices Troubleshooting tool and system problems, and collaborating with other teams to resolve problems across the organization Maintaining and updating documentation on the operating system configuration and all other areas of responsibility Required Experience, Skills, & Technologies 10+ years relevant experience.

Significant, hands-on experience with VMWare 5+ Significant, hands-on Windows administration and troubleshooting experience, both Server and PC operating systems Hands-on experience with Cloud technologies,

particularly AWS Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively and proactively across a large organization of dispersed teams and external customers Strong ability to self-start and work independently High School Diploma/GED Master's degree can replace 1 years of experience; and/or any relevant certification can replace 6 months of experience Security Clearance Required TS SCI with Polygraph Desired Experience, Skills & Technologies Basic knowledge of and experience with Oracle databases Linux administration experience Physical Requirements: Use hands to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
