Mentor supervisory personnel, providing guidance and advice in personnel matters. Implement and facilitate continuous process improvements. Coordinate resolution to personnel performance-related problems with Supervisory personnel with guidance from the COR. This position

is located in the NCR. Qualifications Active, in-scope Secret clearance.

Minimum of seven (7) years managerial experience with the Department of Homeland Security or similar Government agencies required. Minimum three (3) years’ experience with the Title III activities and interfacing with or managing the Title III life cycle is required. Bachelor’s Degree required with master’s degree preferred. Preferred Qualifications Master’s Degree is highly desirable, but not required. Fluency in a foreign language is desirable, but not required. Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (Pg MP) certification is highly desired. Experience with HLT systems and current knowledge of trends in AI/ML integration with translation technologies is desirable.
