At times, you will work independently, or you take time to mentor a junior engineer, maybe take time to

engage with our business development group. You bring passion, and the desire to improve efficiencies to conceptualize and develop full documentation for new construction and renovation projects for multiple types of facilities such as healthcare, commercial offices, higher education, research laboratories, or related commercial projects.

With the team, you evaluate, optimize, select, specify, and engineer all mechanical (HVAC) equipment systems serving a new construction or renovation project. How You Will Make an Impact: Specify system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering design, performance specifications, or environmental regulations.

Work with supplier's technical support on the identification of materials and components that meet required specifications.

Responsible for securing stamped drawings and state certifications working with external and internal resources. Initiate the creation of production BOMs, Material Lists, and Assembly Instruction Sheets for manufacturing based on project drawings. Provide project updates consistently to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress. Estimate costs or submit bids for engineering, construction, or extraction projects. The selected candidate will work closely with the department's supervisory and managerial staff to bolster the company's support for transportation engineering and program services for public and private clients.
