It currently specializes in transportation, petrochemical, power, commercial, residential, and ports and rail projects. Position Summary The Field Engineer is responsible for supporting field

and project management on projects that they are assigned. Duties include project level safety, quality, estimating and financial results. Duties and Responsibilities 45% Financial Assist with projects assigned from pre-construction through final payment of the work.

Participate in internal and external preconstruction planning and meetings. Assist with PM/Estimator in gathering all necessary documents for meetings. Ensure that proper subcontracts and material purchase orders are submitted and approved prior to work activities. Assist, create, and maintain accurate project schedules that are communicated to both internal and external stakeholders. Includes internal daily schedules. Develop

daily schedules and End of Shift reports with field and project management for projects assigned.

Order materials for projects managed through the PO system. PO submission and approval might be necessary at times. Review daily schedules, trucking schedules, plant schedules, etc. for correctness on projects assigned. Maintain daily contact with Supervisor and other field management to ensure proper knowledge of projects assigned. Communicate any issues that arise on projects assigned. Track project both internal and subcontracted quantities daily in DQW. Review daily and weekly P&L reports for accuracy. Ensure open and honest communication with project owners and General Contractors.

Assist contract administrators and Project Managers with monthly estimates. Participate in monthly billing meetings and ensure proper billings are being submitted to the owner. Assist and attend final project inspections. Secure documentation from the owner on Substantial Completion. Assist with the collection of project revenue receivables. Maintain acceptable business relationships with General Contractors, Subcontractors, Vendors, etc. 20% Quality Ensure and audit that the quality of projects assigned meets or exceeds both internal and external minimum standards.

Participate in Learning Events if a quality incident on projects is deemed necessary by Supervisor or Leadership Council. 20% Safety Ensure and audit safety policies and procedures are being conducted adequately on projects assigned. As a Marine Discipline Planner, you are responsible for the safe, efficient and cost-effective execution of maintenance work offshore on GOM floating assets by performing activities necessary to make maintenance work executable.

The role is needed to provide onshore based maintenance and support for marine related systems and equipment. The incumbent must be fully conversant with the systems, manuals, procedures and checklists in place to perform complex work prep activities for marine systems. More specifically, your role will include: Leading the overall planning and coordination tasks

of Marine preventive and corrective maintenance. Specific areas being those applicable to marine systems - propulsion, hull structures, cargo systems and machinery (bilge and ballast, ventilation, electrical systems, corrosion protection systems, etc.

) Perform complex work prep activities for work orders requiring specialized subject matter expertise including but not limited to: detailed procedural job steps, identification of and coordination with 3rd party and/or construction needs for orders with support activity requirements, identification of and requisition of required materials/services to facilitate repairs at the asset, enter / update schedule needs as appropriate, identify production and/or personnel on board impacts, adhere to budget limits, seek platform leadership/finance approval as needed, adjust start date based upon needs of the asset/constraints Planning and facilitating coordination meetings, actions from those meetings, and follow up with action owners to ensure completion to deliver the required maintenance, inspections, and other offshore work.

Working with the offshore team to ensure full visibility of system defects/maintenance tasks and that they are effectively captured in the system (SAP). Ensuring that the stakeholders are fully updated as to the marine maintenance status of the assets Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of international, national and classification society rules and regulations which apply to maintenance and inspection activities.

Consulting with Discipline Engineers as needed for technical assistance Ensuring that Marine related requests from offshore or onshore technical support functions for advice and/or support are dealt with in a timely manner.
