and assist guests if they have difficulties using the lift or loading bikes. Ensure that guests are using lifts properly and safely. Check lift ticket or season pass ensuring it's current and valid. Load and unload gear (i. e. mountain bikes). Enforce age or ability restrictions when loading the lifts.

Maintain loading and unloading ramps at required specifications. Complete daily lift logs or other required paperwork. Report lift related accidents or injuries to manager immediately. Report malfunction or other lift issues to maintenance immediately. Assist maintenance with trouble shooting when requested. Complete tramway incident reports as required. May cross train as a mountain coaster

lift operator. Perform other tasks as assigned by manager. Minimum Qualifications: (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities): Skilled in providing outstanding customer service.

Must follow company procedures for maintaining a safe workplace. Must pay attention to detail and have an extreme dedication to safety. Must pass lift operator training session prior to working at lifts. Must have a friendly and fun disposition and connect with guests. Communicate clearly using 2 way radios.
