of change leading global integration efforts for all new joint ventures, acquisitions, and any other subsidiaries into the Molson Coors Global Treasury network Manage the Senior Treasury Analyst – Systems role, supporting their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one-on-one conversations.
Support the day-to-day liquidity needs across the globe while ensuring the commercial paper program is executed as needed daily to fund the business. Support the global bank account structure to maximize interest income backss tools, banking services and products, changes in regulations, company organizational stucture, and lead initiatives to reduce costs, increase efficiency and optimize short-term cash positions.
Serve as the global project manager on all cash management initiatives Consolidate and manage global short-term liquidity forecasts; analyze and investigate cash flow trends, exceptions, and variances to prior forecast. Ensure bond interest payments, dividend payments, intercompany loan settlements, derivative (commodity, FX and interest rate) settlements and other high value payments are done accurately and timely and at fair value Provide support with global interest expense forecasting, setting the global WACC rates/ICB, and AOP LRP related to interest expense Act as lead system administrator for global banking platforms; lead all data changes as it relates to banking for IT2, the global treasury management workstation Manages and oversees Treasury compliance activities including supporting KYC requests, foreign bank account reporting as it relates to FBAR, ensuring accurate market data for the TMS and ensuring that derivatives are accurately valued and adhere to internal control requirements.
Supports all other ad hoc treasury requests and ensures our internal processes are being followed while identifying areas of improvement. The Qualifications: You have a 4-year degree in Finance or a related field and/or 4+ years of experience in global treasury, finance, bank back office, or other relevant analytical finance work You have strong business and finance acumen and the ability to conduct research, perform data analysis, and make succinct recommendations to resolve complex problems; strong Excel skills are necessary in this role.

You will be responsible managing a portfolio of capital projects ranging in size from $500k to $15M each. Most of these projects will be in the brewing/processing areas of our facilities. This includes initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling between
5 and 15 projects at a time. This position is responsible for defining and refining the scope and schedule of a project (with the assistance of the project team and consulting engineering firm) to end up with a +/- 10% confidence level budget.
This position reports to Sr. Manager Brewing Design and works closely with the Integrated Supply Chain team. The Responsibilities: • Provide technical support to our network of breweries and support facilities across North America. • This position will assemble and present for approval, the project business case/justification. This will include the benefits, scope, financial analysis, and schedule • This position will develop and issue Requests
for Proposals to our Consultants/Engineering Firms to begin the design efforts that will drive the project into execution • You will work with the Consulting firm and Construction Managers to issue for construction bids, purchase equipment and materials, and construct the project • During Design Reviews, the technical expertise and problem solving skills of the PM/designer, will lead them to identify Value Engineering opportunities to make the project deliver the best solution at the optimal cost to the enterprise, meaning, they should look for opportunities to deliver the same quality results, while minimizing interruptions to operations, and doing so cost effectively • The position will be required to control scope, schedule, cost and quality, ensuring that safety is of the utmost priority • Maintain the monthly forecast of the project expenditures and final Estimate at Completion • Project Manager is also responsible to conduct start-up audits, validate performance guarantees on installed equipment, and documenting when the project has been completed • Position will require travel to our manufacturing sites across North America.
