Minimum Qualifications: Requires a High School Diploma supplemented by a minimum of one to two years of experience in a job related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Meets with customers and property owners to discuss required or requested tree trimming and related work.

Generates and/or prepares a variety of documents including completed work orders, completed tree investigation forms, and completed testing forms (ACRT certification). Refers to the city tree ordinance, personnel and safety policies, equipment maintenance guides, and chemical instructions. Interacts and communicates with various internal and external groups and individuals. Operates a variety of heavy machinery such as bucket trucks, pickup trucks, dump trucks, backhoe, tractor, chain saws, stump grinders, etc.
