The Role The Chief Marketing Officer is a vital member of the PRS leadership team and is responsible for driving a creative strategic narrative for
PRS to drive a competitive advantage. This leader - a strategic and action-oriented business leader and savvy marketing expert - will be charged with establishing a high-performing Mar Comms function that aligns with PRS' strategy and goals.
The successful candidate will drive advertising, media relations, digital marketing, content, sponsorships, distribution-aimed campaigns, entertainment, and events while working in tandem with Chubb's North America Chief Marketing Officer and Mar Comms Centers of Excellence. This position can be located in Whitehouse Station, NJ, New York City or Philadelphia, PA. Reporting: The role reports directly to the Division President, Personal Risk Services with matrixed reporting to the North America Chief Marketing Officer, and will work closely with Chubb's Global Mar Comms Centers of Excellence.
Key Responsibilities Create and drive a strategic, integrated Mar Comms plan that is aligned with PRS' goals and growth objectives and delivers measurable outcomes. This includes identifying and leveraging opportunities to build our brand and enhance our reputation, driving business success by creating awareness and generating marketing leads; building credibility and awareness for PRS subject matter experts (SMEs), its leaders, and products/services; managing integrated earned, owned and paid media strategies; driving stakeholder engagement across all targeted audiences and influencers; and helping the function's capabilities for future growth.
Focus on developing PRS' Mar Comms platform - strategically aligned, innovative and leading edge Design and execute the development of successful marketing campaigns with robust content and points of view, targeting specific business growth goals - geographic, by product line, and for existing client retention Build research-driven client personas to ensure a comprehensive understanding of target market, client expectations and product needs Manage and maximize market research and reporting Drive targeted marketing strategies to specific client segments across stakeholder groups of clients, agents, brokers and influencers and oversee a client database (CRM) Drive creative prospecting efforts with a focus on multi-channel lead generation Identify and effectively leverage data and analytics to drive prospecting and sales.

a single point of contact for officials, addresses a multitude of community concerns, helps resolve complicated issues and provides important advocacy that advances and protects the interest of NJ TRANSIT within those communities. The Regional Manager also works on issues and projects throughout the State.
The Regional Manager provides officials with direct access to professional staff knowledgeable about NJ TRANSIT operations and experienced in properly addressing concerns raised, as well as effectively communicating information relevant for the communities being served. The Office of Government and Community Relations is a small department with statewide jurisdiction and responsibilities,
the regional managers, like other GCR staff, must be prepared and able to handle any GCR assignment, whether or not it is part of their typical daily duties.
Roles and Responsibilities: backsses and evaluates community attitudes and concerns regarding major studies on transit issues, new initiatives and construction projects and advises management of impacts. backsses potential transportation needs for future development throughout the state. Establishes and maintains proactive and continuing contact with elected and appointed officials, commuter groups, transportation committees or special interest groups within their assigned geographic region area, impacted by NJ TRANSIT programs,
policies and/or service initiatives. Designs and recommends a comprehensive community relations program for assigned geographic region area and on specific projects and implements same.
Ensures conflict avoidance/resolution, as required and sensitive information dissemination; externally and internally. Researches, plans and composes internal/external correspondence, briefing preparation, reports and/or requests for information on assigned projects in geographic area. Coordinates agency-wide in the planning, coordination and implementation of approved programs, and coordinates multi-disciplined agency-task force planning teams to address community issues of concern.
Serves as Government & Community Relations contact person for any public events within their assigned geographic region. Creates and maintains an accurate database of all elected officials within assigned geographic region. Prepares weekly activity reports and submits to the Senior Director. Performs special projects and/or initiatives projects, as assigned by the Senior Director. Education, Experience and Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration or related area, or equivalent, and/or three years of community relations experience, relating to the handling of special interest groups, project planning, administration, and public information dissemination expertise.
Working Environment: Regional managers must be able to work both in the office and in the field, as well as be available to handle emergent matters that may come up at night and on weekends.
